It does morph with nose length, curve, size sliders. But for the life of me I couldn’t get the nose tip wart to morph with the Detail Mode nose tip slider. The nose left side wart and the right lower eyelid wart animate and morph pretty well. More blather and demonstration of an issue with the nose tip wart under the cut. Maybe if I ever figure out what I’m doing I’ll make improved versions! But they do pick up the Sim’s skin color and mostly morph/animate correctly with the face.
